Note: The relative importance of corporate strategic alignment (BS) is illustrated by one employee (Line manager A) in the figure who has a decreasing EKi score development at the end of the 5-year period despite increasing working experience (EX) in the company and increasing education (ED) because the employee is significantly growing non-aligned with the corporate strategy for him at the end of the 5-year period. The strategic alignment ratio (BS) is in the last year dropped to 0,60 (60 %) while his collegues illustrated in the figure maintain a stable high strategic alignment ratio (BS) on 0,90-0,95 (90-95%) for the same period.
